Who can participate?
Individuals, clubs, businesses, self-employed people, municipalities and public institutions with an idea that benefits Jena.
What can we help with?
We bring technical expertise to simplify registrations, make information clearer, improve communication or reduce repetitive administrative work. Together we identify what digital support would help.
What is the scope?
We select one idea for a limited digital pilot project. Around eight to ten hours of technical help serve as a guideline; we agree on a feasible task and outcome in advance.
Practical support
Good ideas sometimes need a digital boost.
Perhaps event registration takes too much time, information does not reach the right people, or repetitive tasks drain resources. We listen, check technical feasibility and develop suitable digital support for the selected initiative.
How the first round works
25.10.: We announce the initiative in our Sunday video.
26.10.–31.12.: Apply or nominate an initiative using this page.
Afterwards: We review applications based on community value, need and technical feasibility, then agree a feasible pilot with a selected initiative.

Important information
Participation is free and does not require a purchase or future contract. One pilot project will be selected; participation and a complete solution are not guaranteed.
We support one selected initiative with a clearly limited digital task (guideline: around eight to ten hours). This is not a cash grant or a promise to deliver a complete software project. Licenses, hosting, third-party services and ongoing maintenance are not automatically included. Before starting, we agree in writing what we provide free of charge; any additional costs require explicit approval.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data, health information or private contact details of others. Nominees are contacted only through an appropriate channel; publicity requires separate permission.
